'Into The Night & Take Flight'

As I began to explore the city of KL, it quickly became clear that the blinding lights of the architectual feats meant to attract your eye to the wonder, power and wealth of the city, only served to shed light on the impoverished back alleys that house the hidden occupants and their struggle to live in this metropolis.
The light that shone the brightest came from the eyes of the people carrying out their daily offerings in comforting communities with as many supporting pillars as any of the mindblowingly gigantic buildings. The concept of a city has always fascinated me, it's attraction, its promises and its bustle. A blind alley lit all the way until it's very dark end. And like moths we flutter careleslly to its brightness, ignorant of the potential it has to burn the life from us.

Tara by the Sun

So, having played around in the studio for a while I decided to go in a completely different direction. The ever changing uncontrollable natural light option. It's a great light, but it plays with you like a lion with a mouse and you can never outsmart it. It is what it is and you just have to adapt and move around it and enjoy its Idiosynchrasis. It's much easier when you have a great model. Thanks Tara!
